The WeSpy Learning campaign’s goal is to provide parents and caregivers simple brain building activities that can be done anywhere they have to wait.  Situations like standing in line at the grocery store, sitting in the waiting room of the body shop or doctor’s office, create opportunity to play quick games such as I Spy.  KITE is working with the North Central CT Chamber of Commerce (NCCCC), to identify and distribute WeSpy posters to Enfield businesses for their waiting areas.  The posters include a clickable QR Code that sends parents to additional waiting games suggestions. Businesses hanging these idea posters are making a positive impact on children’s brain development and strengthening parent-child bonds while creating a family friendly waiting area for their business.

KITE’s developing relationship with the local business community is defining new ways for businesses to invest in early childhood education. KITE’s vision is to partner with 100 businesses in Enfield.
